Please note that price is FOB Our warehouse in Union City, CA. We can arrange trucking service for shipment or buyer can arrange his own. Please inquire about shipping charge if you want us to arrange for shipping. Please refer to the packaging (ie, number of shoes in a box) information in the description. Palletization service available. We can not be held responsible for damages, theft, loss of items during shipment.
Customer service & return policy
We can not accept cancellation or change of orders. We accept returns on items that are defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable items. Buyer must contact us via email at aic@amtrat.com to obtain proper return procedure. All returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
